Day Of Caring 2025 is coming soon!
Get ready for an amazing day at The Arc of Marion’s “Day of Caring” on Saturday, April 12th! Join us bright and early at 8 a.m. at 2800 SE Maricamp Road in Ocala. We’re gearing up to paint three buildings on our campus and beautify Group Home #1 with some fantastic landscaping. Don’t forget to bring your company banner to proudly display on the fence—let’s show the community just how much we care! - Pressure clean sidewalks and building
- Re-mulch as needed
- Paint building
- Remove rotten landscape timbers

- Weed out planters
- Re-mulch planter areas
- Trim trees along the fence line at the rear of the building

- Trim trees along the fence line from the rear of the building to Maricamp Road fence
- Pressure clean building
- Paint outside of building
- Vocational Building
- Remove rotted landscape timbers
- Add mulch around planter bed
- ADT building
- Replace two benches
- Paint benches
- Pressure clean sidewalks and white fence
- Repaint white fence along the parking lot
- EIP building
- Repaint green fence sections
- Pressure wash sidewalks
- Clean out hedges and remove moss in front
- Building #2
- Rake up all pine needles around the building and storage shed
- Dispose of pallets
- Property areas
- Patch asphalt around corners
- Medical building
- Add plants to the memorial planter area
- Pressure clean sidewalks
- Trim all hedges around buildings
